For the duration of August we will be offering an exclusive pre-tour supper at the brand new pop-up restaurant of renowned Edinburgh chef Tony Singh.
Located at the Apex International Hotel, our long-standing partner venue, the menu offers a superb selection of street food from Scotland to India and everywhere in between.
Tony Singh brings his pop-up restaurant to Metro Brasserie at Apex International throughout August from midday to midnight. To celebrate The Festival Fringe and our love of street food, Tony will be joining the Apex hotels chefs to bring you an eclectic fusion of dishes from around the world.
Tony said "I can't wait to get my teeth stuck into this project, back behind a stove and in the heart of Edinburgh. It's going to be brilliant to use the the best of Scottish and British produce, in a mash up of styles and flavours from all the places around the world I have been lucky enough to munch in. The street food menu is dead simple and really tasty ... like me, its a cheeky mash-up of cultures and experiences! Come along and get stuck in".
Includes 1 Meat of Fish + 1 Veggie + 1 Dessert
For Vegentarians, 2 Veggie included instead of Meat of Fish.
Drinks not included.
All bookings are for pre-tour suppers only, every tour day at 6pm.
