Three fluffy pancackes wrapped around asparagus, peas and spinach, covered in mature cheddar and baked until golden

GRILLED SEA BASS FILLETS
On buttered baby potatoes with Piedmont peppers and a tomato dressing

Hand battered haddock fillet, served with skin on chips, mushy peas and tartare sauce
